At Chandelier Flair, we strive to ensure your products reaches you in immaculate  condition and on time. Kindly take a moment to review our shipping policy to understand how we handle the delivery of your purchase.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to all customer addresses within the United Kingdom only. Currently, we do not offer international shipping at this moment. We also don't ship to P.O. Boxes. Kindly refer to our checkout process to see if we ship to your location.

Order Confirmation

Upon completing your purchase, you'll receive an email confirming your order. This indicates that we have successfully received your order and pre-authorised your credit card for the transaction. Upon order receipt, we check with our warehouse to confirm the availability of stock for immediate delivery. In the rare event that your items are unavailable for immediate dispatch, we will remove the pre-authorisation from your credit card and send you an email informing you of our actions. When items are available to be dispatched, we process the charges and prepare to dispatch your order.

Order Shipment

At Chandelier Flair, we offer a wide range of products from a number of different manufacturers. This means our orders ship from multiple locations across the UK and are shipped by varying couriers dependent on specific order requirements. Considering this, orders containing multiple products from different manufacturers may arrive separately. Our couriers were necessary, will endeavour to contact customers before delivery to ensure appropriate delivery timing.

Delivery Shipping Times (Handling + Transit Times)

Free Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days (Monday through Friday).

Handling Times

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 14:00 PM (GMT) or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Transit Times

Orders typically take 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday once it has passed to our carrier. Transit time is the time it takes the carrier to deliver an item to our customer.

Order Cut-off

14:00 PM (GMT) Mon-Fri is the cut-off time for order processing. One business day will be added to estimated delivery time where orders are processed after 14:00 PM (GMT).

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or postal service disruptions. We will notify you if there are any delays in shipping your order.

At Chandelier Flair, we offer free standard delivery on all products to UK mainland only.

Additional Shipping Fees

There may be additional delivery charges for the 'Offshore domestic regions' and ‘Scottish Highlands’: the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland.

How will my order be delivered?

All orders will be delivered using the fastest, safest, and most reliable methods. Once we process your payment, we dispatch your items within the delivery time frame stated on the product page. Then, we send you a dispatch notification after your item(s) have left the warehouse. We will choose the most suitable delivery method and courier after you order. It's not possible to choose a courier or delivery method yourself.

We also provide tracking numbers for all orders. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your package on our website.

Return Shipping

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on all items that defective or damaged products. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase or want a different one, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. While we are happy to assist with exchanges., customers are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process the exchange promptly. We offer free shipping on the replacement item once the returned product is received. Thank you for understanding!

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Items: If your package is lost or does not arrive, kindly contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.

Damaged Items: At Chandelier Flair, we only work with reputable delivery couriers however we are aware that accidents do happen and damage to deliveries may be incurred during shipping. Nonetheless, it is your responsibility to inspect all shipments upon delivery and to refuse delivery of damaged shipments. We will either arrange a refund or send a replacement item after due process. The case is the same for lost shipments. In cases where shipments shows slight signs of damage please make this clear on the signing note. We must be notified of damage within 1 business day in order to investigate.
